Unless noted below, the North American WGP uses Japanese Edition only.
The following sets ("Titles") may not be used in the North American WGP Regionals,
Last-Chance, or Nationals: Macross F, Girl Friend Beta, School Girl Strikers, Godzilla, Madoka Magia Record, Star Wars, Jojo's.
All other Japanese sets may be used for play.
The following English Edition sets are allowed:
Cardcaptor Sakura, Batman. They must follow their respective restriction lists, available here. No other English Edition cards are allowed, even those with a Japanese counterpart.
A deck must be a single language. English and Japanese cards may not be included together in the same deck. Specific note: Cardcaptor Japanese and Cardcaptor English are both allowed. They are not allowed together in the same deck.
