How was the regional? The regional was great! The organizer did a great job at making it a formal, yet comfortable event. Everyone there was in it to win, but we all still found time to joke around
How do you win with your deck? Set up for Level 1 using The Girl Jyushimatsu Likes and "Favorite Card" Karamatsu to gain the combo pieces. When using the "Favourite Card" Jyushimatsu combo, I try to go for "Favorite Card" Osomatsu, or "Sweets Danshi" Jyushimatsu and "Festival Guy" Ichimatsu if I think they're playing early play. Level 2 and 3 revolves around healing using Karamatsu combos, Osomatsu, and keeping compression and clean stock.
Any shoutouts? I'd like to thank my friends and those in the South Florida area for helping me play test this and other decks. More notably, David and Roneal for putting up with me and our sometimes salty games.

How was the regional? The hurricane did not stop us from having a great event. The regional ran smoothly and we all had a great time. Catering was amazing.
How do you win with your deck? Phantom Thieves are a legit rogue deck that shouldn't shock anyone to top. Even had a strong showing at Worlds. The midgame for the deck is insane. New PR has been sold out since it came out so I had to adjust. New Year's Arsene has rest to give 2.5K, so by using that with Time Machine and 9.5K White+Black Kaito you can reach insane power levels at 1. You can reach 14.5K on 1/0s paying no stock while still searching or using time machine. Especially with 2 of the 2.5 pump on backrow, even the biggest wall decks die. Opponent can never get any reverse combos off either. At 2 you early play Charming Arsene and heal with the combo while setting a 2/1 assist in backrow to make her 14K on defense and then to change to the 3/2 Time of Beauty Arsene to healon draw step. Ranko clones aren't the best but the power boost is nice to deal with big early play 3s or can use the stock anti level bomber. After that, the deck just snowballs out of control. You draw a lot and trigger pants to keep playing book combos and healing. After spamming heal, at level 3 drop Restander for game or even use free untargetable level 1s to play around event counters. Japan loves to heal at 2 and so do I. Hey if people don't want to play anti-heal, I'm going to keep playing this deck.
Any shoutouts? I want to shoutout all my friends who showed up to play and help grow the community- Adrian, Roneal, Gio, Sean, Keith, Andrew, Jon, DV, Nick, Cardmon, Alyssa, & Jared. Of course a special shoutout to FIU for allowing us to host our event. I'm going to be posting a deck profile on my channel www.youtube.com/davidbastias so check that out for an in-depth explanation on my spicy techs.
