Phoenix, AZ - Dragon Girl TCG Regional

First Place
Deck Name: Rivers In The Desert

Persona
How was the regional? It was weird, honestly? There were a lot of shenanigans, but actually playing a deck properly actually got me the wins I needed.
How do you win with your deck? Yellow/Blue Persona 5 cares about two things: Getting you the cards you need and keeping you alive long enough to get Akira to actually burn properly, something that never happens for me! And it happened! What the h*ck! To this end, Yusuke heals, and Futaba says no.
Any shoutouts? The greater-Phoenix area Weiss Schwarz players, as always - you guys are the saltiest weebs ever and I love you for it. Myc and Allie, especially - we in there, bois! And shout out to our boys Jasno and Tris-tan, living the dream in Japan!

How was the regional? The regional was fun! I was able to play against everyone at their best. It was fulfilling.
How do you win with your deck? The plan is to build stock in order to finish the game out with the Burn 2 Shizuru. Play the 2/1 Lucia to beat any pesky early plays that the opponent may have.
Any shoutouts? I'd like to thank my boy G for coming out to the regional to cheer us all on, despite being too late to play himself.

Little Busters!
How was the regional? It was a long slog to gather all my friends, but I'm glad we were able to play a fun game of baseball.
How do you win with your deck? Stick an early threat, protect it with soft permission, and out tempo the opponent. Win the game just as you're about to lose.
Any shoutouts? Myc for putting up with all our BS.

To Love-Ru Darkness 2nd
How was the regional? I had a lot of fun! This was my husband's first time hosting through our card shop, and I had a lot of fun helping with setup. Unfortunately I was very sick during the tournament, but I played through the fever and ended up placing anyway!
How do you win with your deck? I don't :)
Any shoutouts? Congrats to my best friend Arthur who won first place in our tournament! Infinite love and thanks to my husband for the support and training montage!
