THE iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls
How was the regional? It was fun but stressful; 30 minute time control put a lot of stress on all the players to finish their games in a timely manner, which is hard for certain decks and strategies. The thing that made it most fun for me was being able to play using a deck that I have played for an extremely long time and have good experience with, even after getting restricted multiple times. Overall, it was a good experience for me though and I encourage all WS players to try playing within a very serious competitive environment at least once.
How do you win with your deck? Trial Primus as a deck tends to win in a very simple way - win on the board by playing large costless Lv1s and huge Lv3 healers and just push while maintaining advantage through Climax Combos or brainstorms. My build differed from other players' builds in that I used 3 copies of 2/1 Nao and 0 copies of Mayu, the idea behind this choice was to give myself plays against sets that play multiple early plays (such as Re:Zero and Vivid Strike, which are both extremely popular in my area) while simultaneously giving myself a secondary advantage combo with Pants. Also, players tend to play around Mayu even when it's not in the build. At some point I might put her back into the deck once people catch on.
Any shoutouts? I have to give a huge shoutout to the Birthday Girl, Nao Kamiya. お誕生日おめでとう!
