How was the regional? Overall...it went a lot better than I expected??? Our WGPs never feel like random tournaments with tension building; they always feel more personal because of the camaraderie between our players. As for the games themselves, my first round went really smoothly (if not for a serious misplay on my part), the second went even more smoothly (that Bye character can be a real pushover) and the third round went well! All in all, a lovely experience.
How do you win with your deck? You wait for December to free the deck from power creep with Persona 5. Seriously, though, the 1/0 CXC that sends a climax to memory not only properly sets up for the kill, it also hurts your opponent because of the missing CX. You also build stock to keep yourself alive with Maggie's Tarot readings and keep enough for the Lv 3 Zen/Rei.
Any shoutouts? Shout out to everyone on Team Shut Up, Jason for helping each other get better for this tournament (even if Jason himself tried to /tear this family apart/). You guys keep me going and your support has been invaluable. I'm Arthur from Team Shut Up, Jason...and I'll see you soon.
