How was the regional?
The regional was great. Very well run as usual of the Hammergirl staff.
How do you win with your deck?
I build up as much stock as possible by riding the clock encore Shiroe's through level 1 and 2 so that I always get to LV3 before my opponent. I also use the 2k1s climax combo with Nyanta from the TD for burst power. Then once I get to LV3 I drop the LV3 Shiroe and LV3 Akatsuki's to finish my opponent and if I don't manage to finish them I have -2 soul ability as well as not taking burn damage from all my opponents character effects. Combine that with cancels and there's turns where I take no damage at LV3. I really like Log Horizon because not only does counter the burn heavy meta right now but it has a lot of tech you can run. Even tech +2 Soul haha.
Any shoutouts?
Shoutouts to all the other Canadian Weiss players. Hopefully this can be our year of winning Nationals.

How was the regional?
It was great but got really stressful at the second to last round. Run really well, and those I played against were really nice.
How do you win with your deck?
Top-deck to victory and attack correctly.
Any shoutouts?
Shoutout to everyone who helped me practice and give me advice over the past year. Shoutout to Luke for being an amazing head judge and dealing with our problems. To Love-Ru is overhyped and too telegraphed.

How was the regional?
The Regionals was a lot of fun! I got to play against a variety of Decks like Sorakake that I don't usually see in my group and the event ran very smoothly without much issue.
How do you win with your deck?
The Deck basically goes into two modes. If I don't draw into the Rin plussing combo then I use 0/0 Riki to search out my defensive Twins Level 1 base, and vice versa. I try to maintain field advantage and strategically time my Climax plays to get 6 in the Waiting Room for the early summon Kyousuke punish burn, and set up Anti-Heal against decks that loop heal and are defensively big. The Money Counter protects me from lethal damage and the Komari and the Sasami Level 3 finishers round out a variety of ways to seal the game.
Any shoutouts?
Shoutouts to Ben V from our London, Ontario group for basically going undefeated, and my very good friend Martin L who played a very unorthodox deck to its max potential to make it to Top 8. Also shoutouts to that Da Capo player I played. Your deck was truly well-crafted.

The regional was a good experience. I'm not as bad as I was when I got here, so it was nice seeing my improvement in skill in action. Now to keep it up...

How was the regional?
It was great to have the experience to play Weiss with so many players, and I am happy to have participated. I had a good time, and I'm glad the stress of the tournament is over until nationals.
How do you win with your deck?
I win by trying not to lose. I also attack during my attack step if possible.
Any shoutouts?
Shoutout to the people who told me not to worry and fuss so much about the tournament because I would be fine. They were right.

How was the regional?
I first off had to fill in a few for 4 of something. So the climax gate was to fill for the other +2 soul climax. Similar for the yellow hand encore for the clock encore... It worked out well for colour and most of the time I used the off set cards for its colour coordination in clock and level.
How do you win with your deck?
You have to set the right timing and count your opponent's climaxes. Knowing then, you fill in on putting 3 cards down and add a climax and hit 2 of 3 in each turn for about 3 or 4 damage. Else, pray hard and hope you can triple cancel which happened a few times!~
Any shoutouts?
All the Canadians who came:
Peter, Ben V, Sajeev, Elden, Brian, Leslie, Justin C, Nelson, Nick, Tim L, Ed P, Tony, Talek. You all were awesome!
