How was the regional?
It was pretty dang good and I didn't hear any salt at all.
How do you win with your deck?
The main idea of the deck is to combo out level 2 heroes, primarily "Cinque Izumi", using the "Change My Heart" event or climax interaction between "Hero's Arrival" and "Millhi, Summon Lord" with no other real alternative.
If the hero is not in the clock, "Nanami, One Summer Adventure" or clock encore from "Ecle, Battle of the Sealed Cave" should be able to get level 2 heroes into the clock.
Build-up stock in level 1 (2 or 4) to use 1 or 2 events and then overwhelm the opponents using big soul big-sticks for the rest of the game. The level 3 game is really crap though so the combo is really what the deck relies on to win.

How was the regional?
Card Arena. The regional was great. Clean and enough space + A/C. Good and friendly environment.
How do you win with your deck?
Use the utility cards in lvl 0 to hand fix and get advantage. Lvl1 Mikans to search for necessary cards. Use lvl 3 Yami to finish. Metaish build.
