[A] When this is placed from hand to the Stage, choose 1 of your other Characters with "Megumin" in name and this. Choose 1 Character with the highest power among those Characters, and that Character gains +1 Soul for the turn, choose 1 Character with the lowest Power among those Characters, and that Character gets -1 Soul for the turn. (TL Note: If the 2 characters have different power, the one with the higher power gains +1 Soul and the other gets -1 Soul. If the 2 characters are tied in power, you may choose the same character for both clauses which will cancel each other out.)
