Choose 1 of your Characters with "Stamp" in name. Choose up to 1 Character from hand and place it faceup underneath that first card as Marker. If you put at least 1 card underneath in this way, draw up to 1 card, choose up to 1 Character in your Waiting Room, and return it to hand.
